The Puerto Rico Economic Recovery Initiative ("ERI-PR") was incorporated on October 9, 2015, as a nonprofit corporation in the District of Columbia and is a nonprofit organization that is recognized as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to ERI-PR are tax deductible to the extent provided by law.​​​
